My Fit & Strong DVD includes two 25-minute workouts that will burn fat, tone and shape all major muscle groups, and strengthen your core. Get in the habit of doing these workouts and you will look and feel your best. Get stronger, burn calories and feel more energized!
LEVEL 1. Start with a gentle warm-up to get your body ready for action. We’ll work all major muscle groups, including the upper, lower body, and core, and then finish with a soothing stretch.
LEVEL 2. After the necessary warm-up, we will tone and strengthen all major muscle groups, adding movement to increase flexibility and balance. At the end of the program, there is a recovery part and a soft stretch. Two simple programs that show a varied mix of strength and balance exercises. Jane is well aware that she and many of her followers have grown older. So she structured her workouts to be age appropriate and accompanied by helpful comments (“This movement will help prevent falls”).
The first workout is the easiest. It consists of sitting and lying exercises (for example, sitting side bends). The second workout takes place mainly while standing; uses proven biceps exercises, lateral lifts, hamstring movements.
Both workouts end with a calming stretch in a sitting or lying position. No floor exercise. Dumbbells 2 to 5 lbs (1-2.5 kg) required
